Everything was excellent! The stuff was very friendly. The hotel has a great location, just next to the ski slops. The swimming pool was really good. There was a big variety of food every day. The lounge-bar (restaurant) has a great terrace with the beautiful view. Our kids enjoyed very much the kindergarten with the internal playground. The lady working there, if I remember correctly was called Ella, was extremely kind. We got short of diapers for our baby and she was so kind to buy and bring us one package from her town nearby.

This place is fantastic! Very good value for money for the area. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed, and the building has very attentive management and security. The area is utterly beautiful. You are set in an alpine meadow, surrounded by forest as far as the eye can see. The Rila mountains to one side, and the plain to the other. It is stunning.

Amazing villa with great facilities such as the hot tub and sauna. Huge living room with plenty space for our large group. Lovely beds and large bedrooms with on suites. Well decorated to a high standard with cosy lodge vibes. Great living room with some games provided and a huge TV. Large hot tub and a sauna that were easy enough to use are a hit with our group. 10/10 Located is perfect, the hotel offered a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable stay. Everything that we tried from the restaurant was delicious and also the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. Perfect if you are working remotely. There is a space with plugs where you can work from and enjoy your time.

It was such a clean, modern and pleasant place. The room was so spacious, excellent temperature, the bathroom and walk-in shower was extremely clean. Loved the fact that it was close to the ski slopes but at the same time the area was so secluded and peaceful. Breakfast was just what you need before a skiing day and dinner had so many choices. Would definitely visit that place again.

Nice house with 5 rooms, 1 apartment, living room, all with modern and art furniture. Pperfect BBQ place, separate from the main building. Easy access via car to Borovets ski slopes. SPA - sauna and steem bath working properly (need to call the host). Comfortable leaving room area.
