We went to Mansfield to attend a family event. The property is easy to find, in a great location and close to town and the shopping area. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. We would recommend it to anyone.

After spending the day skiing, guests can return to the warmth of Mt Buller Chalet Hotel & Suites and enjoy a drink at the bar followed by a meal at Black Cockatoo Restaurant. Free WiFi is available.

No food available in the hotel(only tea and coffee in our rooms). Only one option for evening meals which was the pub. If Mt Buller wants to develop a summer destination market then the whole village needs to be on board. More activities, more live music and more food options for a start. There were only two rooms used in the hotel the weekend we were there! Nothing to do=no visitors, no visitors=no point in opening facilities!

Offering free buffet continental breakfast, Alpine Retreat Mt Buller is ideally located for skiing and snowboarding. Warm up after a day of skiing in the indoor pool, sauna or hot tub.

An unforgettable stay! Our group of 8 adults had an amazing time at this luxury ski villa. The design and attention to detail were exceptional - spacious, warm, and perfectly set up for a group. We especially loved the open-plan living area for winding down after a big day on the mountain. One of the best stays we’ve had at Mount Buller — highly recommend!

We absolutely loved everything! It honestly exceeded our expectation. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by our "neighbor" - the kangaroos living in the mountain nearby. Then we would wake up to a movie-liked scenery with the horses relaxingly drinking water outside. And the best is BBQ and hot tub by the fire, under the moonlight.
