Very nice pension in the mountain area of Trutnov (15 min by car to the city centre). It's a quiet place to stay with a family. The pension together with the restaurant is freshly run by sweet and friendly Vietnamese people. By our request we got each morning a special breakfast (vegetarian). Everything was made with love. Good price for location/accomodation/food Many thanks to Lenka for making our stay cozy!

The view from the hotel was amazing as in the photos, it's not far from Pec do Sniezku, especially if you have a car. The breakast was very good and the dinner was tasty and plenty. The waiter and one of the receptionists spoke English. The vibe in the hotel was pretty good with kids running around and their mums running after them. We didn't hear any noice from downstairs in our bedroom. It was good we could check in online.

I appreciate the good and professional attitude of the young staff. The rooms were clean, the furniture is older but functional. Breakfast and dinner were good, I also appreciate the sufficient portion size. Parking was without a problem directly at the chalet(hotel).

Good location, spacious and well equipped apartment. Our second visit and I can say the quality level is maintained. Close to good restaurants and ski schools. Rustico Cafe is great for brunch/lunch (and you can pay by card, which is not possible in many other Harrachov restaurants). Terasa restaurant for dinner (cash payments only). Both are family / kids friendly.

The stay was amazing - service-oriented, excellent host who speaks English (everyone else speaks either Czech or German there), family-owned guest house, tasty Czech breakfasts and dinners, clean and cozy room (we were also provided with a folding bed). The snow was there all the time (end of January-start of February) which was fun for children.
