The hotel is spotless, with a fantastic location that’s close to everything (3-5 mins walk to Nizwa Fort, Souq and restaurants), yet still peaceful, almost like being in the outskirts. The hotel itself is nearly brand new, with high-quality amenities throughout, with free parking. It’s one of the best places we’ve stayed, and at such a reasonable price. The owner is kind and attentive, offering us great advice on exploring Nizwa. Highly recommend!

Great location in the old town. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Coffee and dates at check-in a nice touch. The pool was great for a plunge after a long day or an afternoon siesta when the city was very warm. The meal options were convenient and food abundant (buffet). For breakfast it was very good. For dinner it was alright. Overall a fantastic experience.

This was absolutely the best spot. It was private and only a 5 minute walk to the Nizwa souq. The place was clean and tidy with nice personal touches. The host was very easy to deal with and welcoming.
