We spent our last part of the trip in Nizwa at Etra Inn, which is beautifully decorated with Omani essence and with a host that makes you feel at home. We were near all the places we wanted to visit: less than 10 minutes walk to the Souq and 3 minutes to the Wall, and still had peace and a quiet space to rest at the Inn.

It's an amazing hotel, feels like living in a museum. Takes you back in time with all the authentic decor. The rooftop terrace and the pool are also very nice place to hang out and enjoy the hot days. The flower garden infront of the hotel is also very beautiful. The staff is friendly and helpful with the carrying luggage up. The rooms have everything you need, but they are basic as expected in such antique hotel.

The location is excellent. It is 5 minutes walk to the Souq and fort so there is no need to find parking. It's very private with a beautiful green outdoor garden. There are many places close by to walk to and it is in a central location. The host is very accommodating and communication was excellent.

We really loved the old style of the room, it felt authentic and on top our room had a view of the wall which we didnt realize at first. The location is perfect, everything is walking distance from the fort and the souks. Friendly staff who took good care of us!
