It was pretty close to the Osaka station. So if you're coming in from either the airport or from Shinkansen, it's easy to get to. Surrounding area is also really nice with a lot of high rise towers and shopping areas. Hanshin Tigers store is also nearby if you are a big fan of baseball. Staff also let me check in early which was a nice touch. I think it was probably because it was a less busy day? But I wouldn't expect it at all times.

Hotel staff and manager is kind and very helpfull. They even send me a message when I forget to bring my belonging after check out. Bed is comfy and the price is very cheap.
