Very good looking room, confortable and very quiet though it was just above the pub. The only noise came from the street. Great full english breakfast. Friendly staff who talked easily with us. Very interesting place as being a pub, we could have lunch and have some drinks later in the evening. Chichester is a small (friendly) town so the pub is nearly in the city center and at the same time close to the station.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was delicious and a good portion. The bar downstairs is a bonus and the restaurant has amazing food! Lots of things to do around the area.

Very dog friendly with welcoming dog treats. Food was sublime.

Staff were excellent on arrival and throughout the stay. Food was really good quality. Location is great for scenic walks and visiting Portsmouth Historic Dockyard. Parking at the rear is free overnight 6pm-8am, then a charge applies.

The location was fantastic, and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We were very happy with the breakfast, continental during the week and cooked at weekends.
