Fitted with wooden floors, the bright and modern bedrooms offer air conditioning and they include a flat-screen TV, satellite channels and a radio. The bathroom has a bath or shower and a hairdryer. All the staff was very friendly, the room was very clean and the ladies were changing the bed sheets every day. The smell on the hall is very nice, the hotel is pretty close to the metro station (around 7-10 min walking), the breakfast was very good and tasty, but doesn't have a lot of vegetables.

Having an overnight reservation at the Ibis, Mollet, I registered, deposited my luggage and left my pet dog in the room before proceeding to the Mollet Hospital. The injury was more serious than I suspected. It required emergency surgery and subsequent hospitalization. I called the hotel and advised them. They reacted with unexpected understanding, empathy and flexibility. I was asked how long I needed the room for. We agreed on a three-day extension with the possibility of a further one if needed. In the meantime, I arranged for my pet to be picked up and looked after, which I informed the hotel about and they agreed to cooperate however possible. It was so, that my pet was collected and taken care of. When I subsequently called the hotel to request a further 2-day extension of my reservation, they agreed with minimal bureaucracy, on the contrary, they were totally forthcoming. It should be noted that all this took place at the end of July, during high travel season when hotels are virtually fully booked. I have been a frequent traveler during my business career. Ibis was a chain I used occasionally for convenience reasons. I chose it on this occasion because it accepts pets and was close to the motorway. Nice room very comfy. When I decided to cut my stay short by 2 days the hotel was very easy to work with and they made it super easy. I give them high marks for that. No penalty no hassle

Same standard everywhere around the world. Simple and to the point. We knew we were arriving Barcelona late and needed a place to rest upon our midnight arrival before moving to our accommodation in the central Barcelona. It is around 13 mins from the airport. We paid to the taxi around 26 euros. We were warmly welcomed by friendly Carmel at that late hour. The room was clean and the toilet too. It had towels. Breakfast was also simple and good value for the money. We took a quick stroll around the hotel in the morning. It is located in a very chilled area. Definitely recommend it.
