The Lord Milner Hotel is situated in the historic village of Matjiesfontein in the Karoo region, just of the N1 highway. This Victorian style hotel features a garden and restaurant. The rooms at the hotel combine old world charm and modern conveniences. The hotel also has budget rooms at the Matjies Motel, situated within the hotels gardens. Traditional South African and Karoo cuisine is served in the restaurant. Drinks can be enjoyed at the bar. Guests can explore the historic buildings and museums in the village, relax by the pool or in the lounge area. Laingsburg is 30 km away and Worcester is within 1.5 hours drive.
