Having recently been renovated in January 2023, Smithgrove Guesthouse is a beautiful mix of the old and the new, with its classical Victorian design housing a contrast of modern furnishings. Our aim is to provide a luxurious stay and experience. It is conveniently located in Wembley in the immediate outskirts of Pietermaritzburg city centre.

Situated in Pietermaritzburg, 2.1 km from City Hall (The Comrades Start), and 1.5km Away from Athlone Circle Lifestyle Mall (the home of CoffeeBox, Fire & Vine and Elephant & Co), 250m away from the Royal Show Grounds and 10 km away from Hilton.
