Being at the top floor of the Bella Vista Appartment building it offers secure entery and a safe secure under roof parking for one vehicle. This parking do have a hight limitation of 1.87m. An alternative parking for highter vehicles or for a second vehicle at an extra cost of R20 per night is available on request, but it needs to be done in advance. This alternative parking is also behing a security gate, but not covered. This added cost is not included in the billing and is payable directly to the host. It is walking distance from a SPAR supermarket and the large Sydnam lake. Although it does have a ocean view it is NOT walking distance from a beach. Serendipity Stadium is ideal from sports enthusiast when international games are played at the beautiful Nelsom Madella Stadium.

The Bella Vista building is situated in an area with a lot of children being next to Door of Hope for children and close to a school just down the road.
