Enjoy a beautiful private space in a free roaming big 5 game reserve an hour away from OR Tambo Airport and 30 minutes away from Pretoria. Chill in the hot tub or the pool. View game from the deck. Stargaze around the fire in the boma or go for a gamedrive - guided on an open game viewer or alone on the self drive route. Bring your work if you must. We have fast internet and Netflix, Amazon. Pizza oven, wood Braai, Weber or gas grill for the cook. No loadshedding! Solar power! You’ll stay in a comfortable farmhouse with spacious rooms. A lovely new entertainment area with bar, pizza oven, wood braai, hot tub and TV leading onto a patio with gas braai and Weber. Pool and spacious deck overlooking the bush either side of the patio. The garden is 5000 m2 inside a walled and electrified perimeter to ensure your safety. Take a walk around and enjoy the beautiful old trees which have been labelled for your enjoyment.
My wife and I love nature and specifically the African bush. We also love spending time with family and friends and cooking.
Set in the heart of Gauteng’s only free roaming Big 5 Game Reserve. Access 140 km of self drive route or go on a guided drive. Several excellent restaurants and pubs within the reserve. Fuel and basic conveniences available a 10 minute drive away. Or go a bit further to the world famous Kevin Richardson Wildlife Sanctuary (Lion Whisperer), or the charming village of Cullinan and the amazing diamond mine where the largest gem diamond ever was found.
