Inverter runs Tv+Wifi (4hrs when loadshedding) Boasts a luxury queen extra length bed to ensure a comfortable nights rest. Fully Self-catering and suitable for Couples, Business travelers, Doctors & Pilots. FREE WiFi, Smart TV has Netflix & YouTube 4 your viewing pleasure. Blender + Nespresso in Kitchen. Wheel chair accessible. NB! NO SMOKING. NO PARTYS. NO NOISE. RESPECT NEIGHBORS 2 Biggest benifits of booking at 97 Ventura are that it is a ground floor unit (no stairs) with a lovely garden with plenty of sun. And there is an inverter installed, so during load shedding, the TV and Wi-Fi are always running, you can also plug your Laptop and cell phone into the inverter so you can work all day and not be interupted with power issues. The unit has a beautiful and spacious garden to sit and relax in or enjoy a scrumptious Braai. However there is also a wonderful clubhouse in the complex for the guests to enjoy, have a workout in the gym, a swim in the magnificent pool or just relax in the beautiful African sun on a pool chair. Please consider neighbors when making use of this space, complex Rules must be strictly adhered to. Tea, Instant coffee and sugar are provided. The kitchen is kitted with all the necessary cutlery and crockery to make yourself your favorite meals. There is a Nespresso machine (ONLY 2 capsules/Pods are provided, so please bring extra Pods if you would like more). There is a Blender in the kitchen as well to make your morning health smoothie or protein shake. Kitchen is also equipped with a fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle and stove and oven, as well as a dishwasher (2 x dish-washing tablets provided) and washing machine (to provide your own detergent)
