The 4,100+ square foot retreat was designed with comfort, community, and play in mind. Six primary suites (each with private bath) - sleeps 15, 10' ceilings throughout, and large rooms open to 2,100+ square feet of decks, giving you a feeling of spaciousness throughout. There's something for everyone with the great room, featuring dramatic 20' cathedral ceilings, family room, den, game room, two-car garage, large un-heated pool, and deluxe seven-person hot tub. The elevator makes this an ideal retreat for families with older members and small children, as well as handicap features. WHISPERING SANDS is equipped with high-speed internet access, but we recommend doing your surfing on the waves! On the ground floor, play pool (8' table), foosball, cards, or over two dozen board games in the large game room while enjoying the kitchenette wet bar amenities (microwave, full fridge with ice maker). Sliding glass door access to pool, hot tub and grilling area. Lounge in the adjoining den (CTV, DVD, and stereo). The primary suite features two pyramid bunks (full and twin beds) and a private bath (with HC roll-in shower). A two-car garage (auto opener, locked storage) with concrete drive provides an easy-to-access and use all-weather entry to the elevator and house. On the first floor, relax in four primary suites (each with a private bath, one handicap accessible) symmetrically arranged around the family room, wet bar (fridge, coffee station, table), and laundry (washer/dryer). Lounge in the family room on a large comfy sectional with a book or movie (CTV/DVD/home theater) from the 100+ video collection, 100 + book library, music (surround sound stereo), dozens of board games, dozens of puzzles, or access the deck with ocean and pool views.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
