Walk to beautiful Riverfront Park in 3 blocks, or head to Wrightsville Beach less than 11 miles away by car. Please note that Wilmington is undergoing improvements and street construction is happening in front of the building. (The street is currently closed.) A paid parking lot is adjacent to the building, and a paid parking deck is 2 blocks away. Metered parking is also available on the street (free on Sunday). This single-level condo is located on the eighth floor. Elevators are available. The property was remodeled in 2019.
