With incredible views that reach the ocean, pool, and Kauai's famous green mountains - on all four sides, this home is a true showcase of Princeville and the North Shore. It's also an unbeatable location with both Anini and Wyllie's beach, golf, a grocery store, and restaurants within easy walking distance. This home has been thoughtfully remodeled and offers a true rarity on the island - air conditioning on all three floors. The main living space is up on the third of those floors, maximizing the view with windows in every direction. The renovated kitchen features polished stainless steel appliances (including a French-door refrigerator), beautiful stone and natural wood countertops, and a peninsula breakfast bar with stools for three. The rest of this open living space includes a sofa facing a flatscreen TV, a dining room table, and glass doors that open to a balcony with a gas grill and a view of the mountains and pool. You'll be able to stroll to the beach, shared pool, barbecue area, and Ping-Pong table in minutes, with a full-size washer/dryer awaiting your swimsuits when you return home. At night, you'll find the primary bedroom suite - with a balcony - on the second floor and two more bedrooms and a bathroom shared between them on the first floor. Additional amenities include TVs in two bedrooms and free WiFi throughout the house. THINGS TO KNOW The kitchen is fully renovated. Per the HOA, quiet time begins after 10 pm. The pool is closed until May 1st. This property is managed by Vacasa Vacation Rentals of Hawaii, LLC.
