Conveniently located near Dollar Mountain and Bald Mountain, this charming condo is full of light and ready to welcome you. Take in a lovely mountain and ski view from one of two balconies, or enjoy the upscale gas fireplace in the living room. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to put meals together. The light colors and eclectic decor throughout will help you settle in and enjoy yourself. All bedrooms are upstairs, so you can catch some sleep and enjoy the quiet while everyone makes plans downstairs. During the summer, guests of this condo will be close to extensive hiking and mountain bike trail systems in the Sun Valley area and premier fly fishing. That's in addition to the updated shared pool, hot tub, tennis amenities, and pickleball court - all available for guest use. This complex's park-like setting is sure to set the tone for good times. Valley Gem Upper may be rented with Valley Gem Lower as Valley Gem (Entire Home) to accommodate up to seven (7) people (MAX). THINGS TO KNOW Bus to slope. A 4x4 may be required to reach this condo in winter. You are not allowed to park trailers or RVs, as there is limited parking available and the parking lots are very small. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. - No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
