We supply the Grill and the Propane. Grilling on the Rooftop deck with the sounds and smell of the ocean is an extremely popular activity at the Top End Townhome! The Top End Town Home even has a fun ELEVATOR to easily go from one floor to the next. The Top End Townhome is very close to the Beach/Boardwalk and only minutes from the best Casinos, Shopping, Golfing, Entertainment, Restaurants, and Conventions Atlantic City has to offer! The Top End Townhomes is one of the most popular rental destinations in the Atlantic City area. THE PROOF: you will not find another property in the area with hundreds of 5 Star Reviews from previous happy guests as you will with the Top End Townhome! The Top End Townhome can sleep up to 12 people. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size bed (sleeps 2), the 2nd bedroom has a Queen Size bed (sleeps 2), the 3rd bedroom has a LARGE Bunk Bed with two Double Size mattresses and a Single trundle underneath that pulls out from the bottom (sleeps 5), and we also have 3 Single Size very comfortable Memory Foam folding beds available (sleeps 3) these beds can be easily moved and placed on the floor like an air mattress wherever you like. Additionally the couch can be slept on and we are ok with guests bringing an air mattress or two! My parents literally built the Top End Townhomes from the ground up and since then have built multi-million dollar homes with great success! I know first-hand the craftsmanship that goes into their work. Painstaking detail and expense went into creating this perfect Vacation Rental property and if you stay with us I’m confident you will agree that the Top End Townhomes are a perfect Vacation Rental! :) Guest acknowledges the presence of two (2) exterior security cameras. The Top End Townhome is situated in a Safe and Quiet neighborhood, my family has lived in this wonderful neighborhood for over 20 years and we love it! The Top End Townhome is only 5 blocks away from the Inlet Beach and main beach is about one mile away! With the inlet beach the waves can be smaller which makes it well suited for younger children. Atlantic City beaches are free (no beach tags required) and Life Guard operated! The Borgata, Golden Nugget, and Harrah's, are less than 1 mile from the Top End Townhome, the World Famous Boardwalk-Strip is less than 3! Our Top End Townhome is nicely nestled between all AC Casinos, Shopping, Restaurants, and Attractions! Explore the Fun and Historic Gardner’s Basin area that is right around the corner from the Top End Townhome! An Aquarium, Boat Tours (the dolphin watching trips are a lot of fun!), Parasailing, Fishing, Restaurants, Bar, Park, Great Shops, and Food Trucks. A great place to dine, relax, and have fun!
