Company information

We are CA transplants from September of 2020. We also have 100-acres in Rudy, AR with 5 cabins, 4 that are currently available for short-term vacation rental. We currently reside in Alma, AR.

Property information

Come enjoy the Pampered Peacock at Spring Hill Farms! This stand-alone real log cabin is beautifully decorated with all the creature comforts of home. Small kitchen but pretty much everything you need to cook a meal-nearly full-size fridge, free standing propane stove and oven. Smart TV with free wifi. King size bed tastefully designed. Comfortable porch with views overlooking the property. Paved roads up until our driveway. Our driveway is gravel and approximately 1,500 feet from the paved road to the cabin. We have 3 other cabins on this property available as well. You are able to smoke at the property, just not in the cabin. Smoking is allowed outside, just not within the building.

Neighbourhood information

We are approximately 1 mile from a Dollar General, 15 to 20 minutes from Van Buren and Alma, and 25 to 30 minutes from Fort Smith. 45 minutes to Fayetteville. The home sits on 100 acres, so there is wildlife around and nice views to enjoy!
