We are located in the heart of Miami, 10 min away from Downtown, Beaches, M.I.A Come see this beautiful NEW 2 story home! Features great floor plan with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, large open kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances included. Large-format ceramic tile flooring, and lots of natural light throughout the entire house. Private master bedroom downstairs with three bedrooms and one full bathroom upstairs! Minutes from I-95, Wynwood, Downtown, Brickell and M.I.A
