This home is perfect for anyone coming to the Keys to spend time on the water. The two-story home sits on the widest canal in Hammer Point that leads to Florida Bay and has its own private dock capable of anchoring a boat up to 40 feet. Back on land, you and your party have a choice of three patios where you can take in all the beauty the Florida Keys have to offer. You could sit on the dock and watch the manatees sunbathe and perhaps see a dolphin or two. The second story screened in patio provides a beautiful sunset that you can watch while sharing a cocktail. In the evening, you could enjoy the night breeze on the front patio, stargaze on the open deck by the water or simply unwind with the large flatscreen TV.
