Enjoy a California sunset on the deck and watch its amber against Mount Tamalpais, or relax in the private front yard or barbecue in a quiet upscale neighborhood. Fully furnished spacious home. Ideal for a large family of up to six. Here are a few of its features and location: A 3 BR 2 BA (2200 sq. ft./204 m sq.) home. Two rooms have queen bed and the third has California King bed. Close to BART (train to SF and Bay Area) (1 mi), Berkeley (8 mi), San Francisco (18 mi), and Napa (30 mi). Spacious, clean and family friendly. Close to great restaurants and family-friendly activities including free access to multiple tennis courts. My place is great for couples, and families (with kids). Close to Wild Cat Canyon Park (1mi) and Tilden Park (1 1/2 mi). Natural Grocery Store and Food Annex is just 3 miles away. A food super store (Safeway) is within a mile. This home has all the basic amenities you will need for cooking and wifi internet access. Plenty of hotel-standard linens and towels.

The home is located in the upscale neighborhood of El Cerrito Hills, a few hundred yards from the Berkeley Country Club and Golf Course. Wild Cat Canyon Regional Park, a 2,800 acre hiking, biking trail with unrivaled panoramic view of the Bay Area is only a mile away. Tilden Regional Park, which offers Lake Anza for swimming, includes environmental education areas, extensive botanical gardens, a golf course, a model farm, miniature train, merry-go-round, and event venue is 5.5 miles away. EL Cerrito is home to six multiple tennis court yards within a few blocks or a few miles from your stay. Tassajera Park Tennis Court, the closest to your stay, is 0.4 miles or a few minutes away. Your place comes with a bucket of golf balls and several tennis rackets, all available for your use during your stay with us. A reservation is required. Let us know if you're interested. Solano Avenue, in Berkely and Albany, is a two-mile long shopping districts. The district covers a wide range of shops, including ethnic restaurants, side street coffee shops, drugstores, apparel outfits, and a movie theater.
