Offering prime access to year-round mountain recreation, guests of this condo will also enjoy access to a variety of resort amenities including a shared pool, hot tub, sauna, and gym. The bright interior comes well furnished throughout with all the essentials of home. The living room fireplace provides cozy ambiance for movie nights on the smart TV and adds supplemental warmth through chilly nights. Make the most of bluebird days with morning coffee and apres-ski beverages on the private balcony. You'll find everything you need for easy home-cooking in the full kitchen. This suite is perfect for ski enthusiasts, as the home is located only three miles from Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and is close to many other resorts, such as Grandfather Mountain, Rough Ridge Lookout, and Linville Caverns. If you're visiting during the warmer months or are not a skier, the area is also full of hiking trails and world-class fishing to explore. Make sure to set aside time to cruise the Blue Ridge Parkway or visit one of the vibrant mountain towns dotting the area. Things to know This home does not have WiFi During any high peak time, renters have to park in the lower lots and be shuttled up to the top. Guests are allowed to load and unload at the building before parking in the lower lots if they prefer, especially during high peak times and holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Fourth of July, Highland Games, Willy worm festival, Land of Oz. Parking up top is for owners or with approval from Sugar Top Resort. Sugar Top Resort makes these decisions based on the occupancy. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 7. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
