Oceanwalk is a family friendly complex with a variety of amenities onsite and close proximity to Orlando, Daytona, and Cape Canaveral attractions. The private beach is within walking distance from the condo and the complex includes two pools, two hot tubs, bocci, shuffleboard, 2 fitness centers, walking trail, outdoor grills, recreational centers, sauna, and beautiful landscaping. Canaveral Shores, Cape Canaveral (SpaceX), Daytona International Speedway, and Disney, attractions are also within reach of the property. SpaceX Launches can be viewed right from the condo balcony. Download the SpaceXNow app to get date and times for upcoming missions.
The neighborhood is family friendly and older resident community. There are plenty of restaurants in close proximity: JB's Fish Camp (open till 9 daily), Mi Mexico, Waffles (Breakfast), Garlic (does not take reservations), Touch of Italy, Panheads, Chase's (on the beach), and Norwoods Restaruant and Tree House Bar. There a Publix close to the condo but stopping at Walmart on the way into town will save you some money. There is a dollar general and liquor store very close for anything needed quickly. There are fishing tours, pontoon boat tours on the bay side, jet ski rentals, and bike rentals. Canaveral shores is a great place to watch a spaceX launch (playlandia beach) but be careful becasue some of the Canaveral shore beaches are nude beaches. Just an FYI
