Dining area with table that seats 6. • The full kitchen has granite counter tops and is equipped with a full refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils. There is a 4 burner flat top range and oven. • The downstairs full bathroom includes granite counter tops and a walk-in shower. • Upstairs, the Loft features a private bedroom with a California King Bed, 40” wall-mounted flat screen television, and a second full bathroom with granite counter tops and a shower/tub combo. • Downstairs has a summer only portable air conditioning unit to take the edge off on warm summer days. • NOTE: This condominium does not have central heat.
