Or take a quick stroll to the newly developed park, which offers a sea-themed playground that's perfect for kids of all ages. The park also offers walking trails, an exercise route, and pickleball courts that are perfect for an afternoon pick-up game. The first floor of the home boasts a spacious and bright open floor plan where the living and dining areas and the kitchen are seamlessly combined into one great gathering space. Spread out comfortably in the living area with its inviting sofas and stream a favorite series on the 65-inch smart TV with streaming capabilities. Then, after spending the evening catching up with your favorite series, head over to the open kitchen for a much-deserved snack or meal. The kitchen is complete with all new modern stainless steel appliances, including a spacious fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Upstairs, the fourth bedroom with two beds, a 55-inch smart TV, a desk, and an en suite bathroom with a tub/shower offers a private space.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
