Perfect location! This house is located next to the Manatee River with private access to a boat ramp & dock. Bring your own boat or rent. Perfect for avid fisherman. Also situated by hwy 64 for easy access to the powdery beaches of Anna Maria Island! This furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has a private pool to lounge in while watching the wildlife around the private pond. Please be cautious, we have nesting turtles behind the lanai. Conveniently located near Restaurants, Publix, Costco and more.
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with no road noise, just the sounds of birds around the pond. There is shopping nearby and access to the Manatee River and only 12 miles to Anna Maria direct on hwy 64.
