Our home is spacious, updated and in a perfect location between the 2 beach roads. 4 bedrooms (5th sleeping area is a pull out sofa sleeper in the rec room). 3 levels with reverse floor plan and ocean views! 2 blocks to public beach access at First Street or Asheville Boardwalk. Linens and beach gear included. Amazing central location between the two main beach roads in Kill Devil Hills. Walkable neighborhood that is safe in daylight and after dark. Note, we are near a fire station and can hear the sounds of fire engines from the property. Driveway parking is partially shaded and holds up to 6 vehicles. East access from a stoplight at MP 7.5 Bring your bicycle if you want another option for getting around town without having to find parking.
