The sparkling kitchen has a full suite of appliances and helpful gadgets. You'll also have access to reverse osmosis drinking water which provides greater filtering and convenience. Rest peacefully in the primary suite, complete with a California king bed, smart TV, direct yard access, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Complimentary WiFi, a washer/dryer, and beach chairs/umbrellas are provided in the vacation rental. THINGS TO KNOW The two wood-burning stoves and the jukebox are not operational. The property is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
