Newly renovated and beautifully furnished, this modern three-bedroom home is one of Morgantown’s most desirable stays. Guests enjoy luxurious features including high-end mattresses, premium bedding, soft towels, and a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop and oven—perfect for families or extended stays. The home offers one full bathroom and one half bathroom with a shower. Each bedroom has its own modern flat-screen TV, and free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Both families and pets are welcome! A lovely park just one minute away makes it easy for walks and playtime. The back deck provides outdoor seating for family meals or simply enjoying the view. There is off-street parking for up to six vehicles. The home is only an 11-minute walk to WVU Stadium, 1.5 miles from Ruby Memorial Hospital, and centrally located between all WVU campuses.
