We love to travel and experience new places, meeting people and sharing their culture, food, events, and more. We are active all year, swimming and boating in the Gulf of Maine during summer, and skiing Sugarloaf and Sunday River, and resorts in North America and Europe, during winter. We are grateful to be able to share our home, and the beautiful Carrabassett Valley, with our guests.

Located in Maine’s western mountains, the beautiful Carrabassett Valley is home to Sugarloaf Mountain, Sugarloaf Outdoor Sport Center, Sugarloaf Golf Club. The Narrow Gauge Pathway and Appalachian Trail are close by, and the Bigelow Mountains, with the wonderful Maine Huts and Trails, offer year round hiking, snowshoeing, skiing and cross country skiing, and more. In spring and summer enjoy fishing, golfing, boating, hiking, and biking. Go on a hunting adventure in fall or take foliage walks, watch wildlife and delight in the brilliant colors of autumn! When the snow falls in the Valley, come and ski at Sugarloaf (rated one of the best places to ski in the East) or snowmobile, snowboard or skate in this wintertime wonderland.
