Very charming Private pool house very spacious with private bathroom, very quiet and peaceful. 15 min drive from Miami Intnl Airport, 10 min drive to Miami downtown and Coconut Grove, 20 min to South Beach and very close to Historic Little Havana (5 min walk). Flat-screen tv with premium channels, A/C, fridge, toaster oven, microwave and coffee machine. Refresh in our pool and enjoy the Florida sun on our lounge chairs. If you have a rental car we offer Safe Street parking in front of the house.
We are a very laid back and dynamic couple, Flavia is from Puerto Rico and I am from the South of France. Leaving in Miami for over 25 years we surely can give you tips, recommendations, and guidance to enjoy your stay.
The house is located in a quiet upcoming neighborhood, the heart of historic Little Havana is three blocks from our house where you can find restaurants, art galleries, cigar shops and bars with live music.
