Less the a mile from popular Downtown Lake Worth filled with shops , food , bars & more .Minutes from Popular Downtown Delray Beach & City Place in West Palm. 3 min from I 95 The space This awesome private studio/room comes with a private entrance (beautiful impact french doors) with your own personal code to enter & exit! Comfy Queen bed , 50 LCD TV , Dresser , end table , work/eat bench coffee maker plus the coolest Retro Green mini fridge/freezer you've ever seen :) They'll be ice cold water inside waiting for you to drink! This unit comes with it's own mini-split AC unit (Not a wall unit) with remote..If you like it cold you can run it at 68 degrees brrrr... Large Private ''BRAND NEW' bathroom with Marble top dual sink vanity & walk in shower with rainfall shower head. It'll come fully equipped with all the bathroom essentials
