This 2,000 sq. apartment on the 2nd & 3rd floor is one unit of the two family house. Each floor has 2 bedrooms, total 3 queen size beds and 2 full size beds. Large living & dinning area, hardwood floor throughout the entire apartment. From enclosed big front & back porch, you may see nice neighborhood and my green back yard with sunny deck. 2 private parking space will keep for you. - Free high speed Wifi, - Fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, Utensils, plates, bowls, and mugs, - Sony 55" - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV with High Dynamic Range - Soft towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, iron, ironing board, and hair dryer are provided, - Split ductless air conditioner, - Celling fans, - Free laundry in the Apt.
I like travelling, reading, cooking, planting and making friends.
Great Location: -Very quiet and safe neighborhood, convenient access to everywhere -Transportation, restaurants, Shops are in walking distance, -Whole food, Star Market, Trader Joe's, CVS, Dunkin' Donuts, Hand & Nails Manicure shop and Mt. Auburn Hospital are all in walking distance, - A very nice Turkish café (Sofra) is just around the corner. - Nice running, jogging area, excellent bike lanes, biking score is 89! - 1 mile from the Charles River. - 1.7 miles from Harvard University, - 2.9 miles from Boston University, - 3.2 miles from MIT, - 3.4 miles from Fenway Park, - A few minutes walk to Bus Stop, short ride will bring you to Harvard Sq, Red Line subway which bring you to MIT, MGH, downtown Boston, UMass Boston and David Sq. in Somerville.
