This home is hidden in a quiet family neighborhood • This home has easy access and a short drive to Interstate 70 & Hwy 63 • The University Of Missouri is located about 10 minutes away, making sporting events easy to attend • There are 15+ restaurants in our area ~ 2 miles or less Home Features • 7 Comfortable Beds • A Sizeable Yard & Patio • High Speed Fiber Internet - 75" smart tv & surround sound for entertainment • Full kitchen to feed friends & family

Neighbourhood information

This property is located near the 70/63 connection where you have access to both major highways and many restaurants. There are tons of new construction surrounding us as the family housing increases. Transportation by car and Uber are the most common forms of travel in Columbia. However, biking is big in Columbia with many trails to use. We are also near the bus line which operates Monday through Saturday.
