    “Marcelo was great host. On first day he let us to check in couple hours earlier. House was clean and tidy. On the corner of the street is great bakery shop, where you can eat for cheap. Train station to New York and Newark airport is 10mins walking.”

Located in the heart of the Newark Iron Bound, this property offers easy access to Manhattan at any hour of the day and night, 8 blocks from Newark Penn Station (NJ Transit, Path Train, Amtrak, Grey Hound). The entire property has been renovated within June and September of 2023 and is in mint condition.
Hello fellow travelers! I have been around the globe(not entirely yet) and have picked up a lot of experience when it comes to choose a property/hotel/hostel when I'm out and about, so now being in the other side of the experience my knowledge comes very handy to make my future guest feel as welcome and comfortable as possible when staying in any of my units.
The neighborhood is predominantly Portuguese/Brazilian/Spanish and is packed with restaurants/bars/bakeries/coffee shops in any which way, also several large supermarkets and grocery stores are located at a very short walking distance, Ferry st which the main street in the Iron bound is 50 ft away from the property.
