This house is the 2nd home on the property (main home is also STR). Located at the top of a private driveway with a beautiful view of the hills. Fully stocked kitchen with fridg/freezer, dishwasher, oven, 5 burner stove, microwave, ice maker, osmosis system, fully automatic espresso maker. 65” QLED TVs in living room and bedrooms. Patio furniture with market umbrella, gas BBQ, pellet smoker/BBQ, patio heaters, fire table. Hot tub with gazebo accommodates 6-8. EV/Tesla charger in garage.
Hi, we are John & Julie a retired couple renting out our 2 vacation homes. We enjoy preparing our homes and upgrading to make your stay over the top! We may be staying in the main home next door if it is not rented at the time you are here. We are available at any time but will not bother you!
3 miles from beaches, including Ocean Dunes vehicle park. Walking distance to The Village, with shopping, restaurants and bars. Scenic biking and hiking trails within a short drive. Monarch Grove butterfly sanctuary, wineries, kayak tours, bike rentals, surfing, Avila Valley Barn petting zoo, farmers markets…. Weather is comfortable outside year-round! Vehicle recommended other than shopping or dining at The Village.
