THINGS TO KNOW PLEASE READ: Motorcycles, RVs, Boats, Trailers are prohibited by the HOA and fines of 500 dollars will be assessed for any violators. Guests need to provide their own charging cord to use the EV chargers. Due to an allergy in the family, the homeowner politely requests that no dogs are allowed in the twin bedroom in order to keep one allergy-free sleeping area. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
