The Fasching Haus has an ideal location, only two blocks from Aspen Mountain's Silver Queen Gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen. This third floor 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom luxury condominium features an open living and dining area with a gas fireplace. This condo's amenities include an upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, a formal dining area, air conditioning, and a washer/dryer. Other amenities include flat-screen TVs and a private deck with mountain views.  Please note the gas fireplace can be lit manually or with the provided remote control. Please do not place any real wood into the fireplace anytime or for any reason. Primary bedroom: King bed Second bedroom: King bed Guest Bedroom #1: Double bed and Twin bed Common amenities at the Fasching Haus include free Wi-Fi, an on-site heated pool and hot tub, a community area with a grill, free parking, an on-site front desk, an on-site workout facility, and an on-site laundry room.
