Six minutes to Hyde Park Village, nine minutes to downtown and less than a mile to the famous Bayshore Blvd (longest Blvd in the US) where you can bike or take a stroll along the bay. Grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance. This is your home away from home... your peaceful oasis.

Location, location, location! Less than a mile away from Bayshore Blvd and on a direct line access to the beaches. A quiet and safe neighborhood with a mix of million dollar new homes and classic charming craftsman with unique character close to everything in South Tampa. Parking is abundant. Driveway fits two cars and plenty of free parking directly in front of house. As far as the nearby stores and restaurants, parking is easy, free, and abundant. A lot is in walking distance or a short car ride to where you desire. (Under 10 minutes) Everything from downtown Tampa to the village (Hyde Paek) to the bay to the beaches (Gandy) are all close. St Pete is 10 mins and downtown St Pete is 20 mins (the beach I prefer).
