Our comfortable and inviting space is just a five-minute drive from downtown, making it the perfect home base for exploring the city. Whether staying for a month long stay or a weekend getaway- we take great pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space for our guests. The unit features a comfortable queen-sized bed in the bedroom, as well as a sofa bed in the living room, which can accommodate additional guests. In the living room, you'll find a 50 inch smart TV with streaming capabilities, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Free parking is available on the premises, making it easy to come and go as you please. Our location near The Christ Hospital is perfect for anyone visiting the area for medical reasons, as well as those who simply want to explore all that Cincinnati has to offer. You will have access to the entire unit. You can walk to UC from here, but otherwise you will likely need to Uber/Lyft or call a car. Luckily, we have free on-site parking. Additionally, we're nearby some of the city's most walkable neighborhoods, including Over the Rhine and downtown. Once you get to OTR or Downtown, simply park your car and walk everywhere or take the Streetcar (Free!). The second bed on the listing is the sofabed, also the fireplace is not available for use.
