Quick and Easy access to Seattle or Tacoma. Close to the Airport. Several Puget Sound beach’s to pick from are nearby or explore the many parks and places in the Cascade foothills just a short drive away.

My name is John. I was born and raised north of Seattle but I have lived and worked many areas around the northwest states. I have lived and worked in the south sound area now for many years also. I enjoy doing most all recreational activities outdoors, working with my hands and spending time on my real estate projects. Travel and exploring are a couple of my passions but I love projects, fixing up old cars, antiques, and tinkering in the shop are amongst a few of them. I also love getting out and about to out all the good foods and restaurants there are out there . I love the old time theaters in Tacoma for taking in a good movie or enjoying some good live music once in awhile (blues preferably) either in Seattle of Tacoma. I also like meeting new people and having interesting conversations about what’s going on in their neck of the woods. So close to the salty shores and both Tacoma and Seattle. Plenty of fabulous restaurants nearby. A very convenient location with quick and easy access to the all the major freeways and arterials going every direction. The Seattle light rail is approximately 3 or 4 miles away. The sounder train is less then minutes away. Uber or Lyft services the area too. Bus stops are within blocks away both east and west of here.
