Inside this beautiful two-story, four-bedroom vacation rental, you'll find a ground-floor great room complete with a well-equipped, full kitchen and breakfast bar, a dining area for banquet-perfect meals or fun family game nights, and an inviting and sunlit living area with comfortable furnishings, a cable-equipped flatscreen TV, and immediate access out to the furnished sunroom, large yard, and the beach. For sleeping arrangements, this home boasts four cozy bedrooms including a lower-level main suite with access out to the yard, a large bathroom, and a dry sauna. Three remaining can be found upstairs, two of which offer access out to a furnished balcony with spectacular ocean views. Hit the nearby beach where you can spot passing cruise ships or catch the occasional rocket launch from Cape Canaveral. Cocoa Beach is just a little over a mile down the road with numerous restaurants and attractions as well as businesses where you can rent scooters, jet skis, and kayaks, or be entertained on the Cocoa Beach Pier. And for the kids (or the kids at heart), hop on the Beachline Expressway for just 60 miles towards Orlando and find yourself at Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and Sea World.
