This beautiful pre-war building with old school charm 3 units,without the overcrowding quiet enough to sleep comfortably.

Neighbourhood information

The is wonderful 5 minutes away from major highways, lots of essentials are in walking distance, groceries to dry cleaners laundry mat ,several bakeries fresh fruits and vegetables,to the east is historic Pelham and to the west is beautiful Riverdale, so staying in the north Bronx is taking a journey into history and capturing the essence of New York city.
