Cozy and charming place located close to everything, it is a 3-minute drive from the Historic District of Downtown Las Vegas, 13 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and 16 minutes from Harry Reid International Airport. The house has 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and an office space, very cozy, elegant, comfortable and central. Outside there is a modern barbecue area with its fireplace
