This private house can accommodate a total of 18 people with 1 king, 7 queens & 1 sleeper sofa. The main house is 2 stories with a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The 1st floor features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room w/1 sleeper sofa, 2 dining areas, a washer & dryer, large balcony overlooking the backyard & pool area as well as 1 full bathroom, 1 bedroom w/1 king. The 2nd floor features 1 bedroom w/2 queens, a full bathroom and 1 bedroom w/1 queen. The 2nd part of the house is a detached 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom mother-in-law suite. The mother-in-law suite is perfect for older kids who want their own space or guests that have difficulty with too many stairs. The mother-in-law suite features a small living room, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom w/2 queens, a full bathroom and 1 bedroom w/1 queen. The 3rd part of the house is a ground level bedroom w/1 queen and an attached bathroom near the pool. This house was completely remodeled June 2021. The Blue Moon features a salt water pool, game room, picnic tables and a charcoal grill. Exterior of property is under 24 hour video surveillance. Free Fun Included Every Day!
