Hello all! I'm your host Erinn! I gave up my sales and marketing career when we started our family in 2005.
My husband and I have always loved Port Aransas, so in 2011, we purchased a townhome that we could share with others as a vacation rental. Then, as most owners do, we hired a local property manager.
As our daughters grew, I missed the social interaction from my career.
We decided I should jump in and try self-managing. I enjoyed it so much, that since that time, we've added 3 homes to our portfolio. We warmly welcome you and take pride in being a small part of your family memories.
