Welcome to another beautiful, newly-remodeled condominium by Cool Properties LLC. Located in the Springs Condominiums, this gorgeous 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, is less than a mile away from the Casa Blanca Casino and minutes away from the Virgin River and Eureka Casinos. Enjoy your stay with us by visiting one of the many premier restaurants, taking time for a massage, or enjoying any one of the 7 world class golf courses. We hope that you'll chose Cool Properties in Mesquite for your vacation.

Neighbourhood information

The Springs is quiet and clean neighborhood with wide streets and immaculate landscaping. The clubhouse is directly across the street. You can access the heated pool and hot tub by walking to the side of the clubhouse and holding the fob near the gate latch. The exercise gym is accessed by holding the fob near the door to the clubhouse. Jensen Trails Park is across the street to the back of the condo and has playground equipment for kids to play as well as a dog park for your pet. Parking is easy and convenient. You may park in the garage, which on the far left, or in the driveway directly in front of the garage. You may also park in the spaces in the circle. No parking is permitted overnight on the street.
