Aspen Creek is a single-story home that sits on tree-lined grounds with views of the Sherwin Mountains through walls of picture windows and an enclosed patio. During the winter the back porch is stacked with firewood, which may affect views. In the living room, a sectional sofa with a chase lounge and 2 armchairs faces a wood-burning fireplace and large-screen SmartTV for relaxed evenings after a day on the mountain. As guests of Aspen Creek, you’ll enjoy access to the community swimming pool and hot tub steps away from your door. Guests also have 2 reserved underground parking spaces—ideal for snowy weather. In the winter, walk to nearby Eagle Lodge to catch first tracks, then take the ski-in trail directly back to the condo. In the summer, hop on the Mammoth Lakes Town Loop for a leisurely bike ride, or drive less than 5 minutes to one of 2 area golf courses. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 6) FIRST FLOOR: - Primary Suite 1: King Bed + Full Sleeper Sofa, Private Bathroom - Guest Bedroom: King Bed + Full Sleeper Sofa, Private Bathroom - Living Room: Queen Sofa Bed The Garage Height is 6'6" so there is no room to park RV's and Trailers. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted, and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for renters. This is a non pet friendly property.
