This uniquely designed octagonal home has been thoughtfully updated since it was built in the 1970's as one of the Island's original homes. Beachfront and immediately adjacent to the popular and picturesque beach access #12, this is one of the most convenient locations on the Island. Within easy walking distance, the nearby Beach Club offers beautiful swimming pools, eating establishments, souvenir shop, Sandbar Lounge, along with tennis and pickleball courts.
This home is ideal for large family groups and reunions, one of the few homes on the Island that can sleep up to 20 guests in the 17 beds. The spacious living room, dining room, and kitchen area upstairs allows everyone in the group to be together for meals and fun.
A 4 seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit to our unique amenities.
Also included with your rental are up to 20 guest cards with a value up to 1,000.00. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more.
